Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Panda. By signing up, you agree to them.

1. The service

Panda generates and runs paid social ads on your behalf using AI. We connect to your Meta ad account (and other ad networks over time) to create and launch campaigns. We are a tool — your ad spend, your accounts, your decisions. You're responsible for the campaigns that run under your name.

2. Your account

You must be 18+ and able to enter into a contract. You must provide accurate information. Don't share your sign-in. Don't impersonate other businesses. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription, trial, and billing

Plans are charged monthly via Stripe. We offer a 14-day free trial with card capture; you can cancel any time before trial end with no charge. After trial, your card is charged on the cycle date until you cancel. Refunds are at our discretion — message us on WhatsApp if a charge looks wrong. Credits expire when your subscription ends.

5. Ad spend and third-party fees

Panda's fee is separate from what you spend on ads. Ad spend is paid directly by you to Meta / TikTok / etc. via your connected ad account. We do not control the fees those platforms charge. We do not refund Panda's subscription cost based on ad performance.

6. Content ownership

You own the brand inputs you provide and the ads we generate for you. We retain a license to use your content to operate and improve the service (e.g. caching for retries, debugging). We do not train external AI models on your private content. We may use anonymized, aggregated metrics about generated content to improve our templates.

7. AI-generated content

Generation happens via third-party AI providers (currently Kie.ai / Nano Banana / Gemini). Output may occasionally include errors, factual mistakes, or text artifacts. You're responsible for reviewing every ad before launching it. We don't guarantee specific results from AI output.

8. Service availability and limitations

We aim for high uptime but make no guarantees. Maintenance, outages of third parties (Meta, Stripe, Kie, Supabase) can affect Panda. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profits damages arising from outages, ad performance, or content moderation actions taken by third-party platforms.

9. Termination

You can cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time from /dashboard/settings. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms with notice when possible. On termination, your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.
